Chinese Jerky

3 pounds of Meat Loaf
1 tablespoon salsa / 2 cup light soy
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons sweet red wine
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
1-1/2 c. Tablespoons dried red pepper, crushed
1-1/2 c. Tbsp sesame oil
1 / pepper 8 c. White Tea

Whisk soy sauce, honey, wine, garlic, ginger, red pepper, sesame oil and white pepper. Pour into a freezer Ziptop punching bag.

Semi-gel skirt steak in a broiler or in London flat for 30 minutes. Cross against the grain into thin strips of paper about 4 inches long and 1-1/2 to 2 inches wide. Add meat to marinade, seal and massage the meat is marinated.

Arrange meat on racks made of aluminum wrapped in a shallow baking, do not touch the pieces. Either a dry day on the counter in a cold room. (Do not refrigerate.)

Preheat oven to 250 F. Remove and replace the layer of aluminum mesh. Bake for exactly 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 175 F. and cook for another 40 minutes, until lightly browned, but not strawberriesnt.

Let jerky dry overnight.
